Wynagrodzenie: 9 000 - 12 000 PLN gross

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and acquiring new clients as well as forging strong relationships with the existing ones.

Your responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities (most importantly - partnerships, but also: new markets, growth areas, products and services)
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Identifying and actively acquiring new customers
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Implementation of assumed business plans and building a positive image of the company
- Attending conferences and industry events

Our requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven successes in acquiring international customers
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, being proactive and able handle uncertainty
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding the needs of our customers and being able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
- Ability to think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Readiness to travel abroad and therefore appropriate availability
- Fluency in English (additionally French or German language knowledge is an advantage)
