Your duties will include:
foaming of upholstery frames
upholstering - applying fabric to whole products or sub-assemblies
attaching upholstery materials to the furniture frame
quality control of the lump before work
proper preparation of the surface for upholstery
analysis of the conformity of the made elements with the documentation
inter-operational transport (lumps, upholstery materials)
aesthetic finishing of the upholstered furniture and its cleaning

✅ We offer
During the apprenticeship period:
hourly wage paid for 2 weeks of apprenticeship: PLN 25 net/hour
After the period of training:
piecework remuneration, remuneration paid for the number of pieces of furniture made
✅ Additional information:
working time: 5 days a week, Monday through Friday: 8-10 hours a day, depending on demand + Saturdays 4-5h
no shift work
form of employment: contract of mandate
employee care: provided by a coordinator who speaks your language
legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility to obtain residence card/work permit

✅ Housing:
accommodation: organized by us maximum 2km from the factory, paid by the employee 650 PLN per month
