Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Warsaw for a Junior Relationship Manager. The Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for day-to-day client interactions, including answering inquiries and addressing client needs. Additionally, the Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and managing client accounts.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle and manage client accounts
Good problem solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Knowledge of immigration and visa laws is a plus
Preferred Native Language Ukraine/ English / Polish and Other European Languages
